To commission me, you have to agree with the terms and conditions to continue. You will automatically agree if you commission me, so read carefully before order one commission.

— GENERAL —

Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.You receive 2 free revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost $15 each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.

— PAYMENTS & FEES —

For new clients = All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.For trusted clients/recurring clients = Payment can be sent upon delivery of the final artwork if discussed beforehand at the beginning of the commission.Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined.A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $100 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.Complexity Fee is between $10-100) for all Commissions.If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the prices will be: Streamer Commercial Use ($25 USD) and Merchandise Commercial Use ($60 USD)

— REVISIONS —

Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.

— DEADLINES AND DELIVERY —

Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, school, or personal matters.If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $30 USD. You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.

— INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS —

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:- Promote myself and my services.
- Post on social media and in my portfolio.
- Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).Exceptions:If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.

— REFUNDS —

I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.You may cancel before payment is made.Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.Filing a chargeback will:- Forfeit your rights to use the artwork. Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
- Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
- Result in a formal complaint against you.

— COMMISSIONER RIGHTS —

You may:
- Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
- Print the art for yourself.
- Post it on Social Media with credit to me.You may NOT:
- Use the artwork commercially without permission.
- Commission art/services using my
- Design/Work.Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
- Remove signatures/watermarks.
- Resell or redistribute the artwork.
- Modify the artwork without my consent.Use artwork purchased for - Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.

— BLACKLIST POLICY —

- Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence if not personal).
- The blacklist may be shared with other artists.

— BLACKLIST —

I ask that you do not involve/share/show my designs with these people or friends of these people.- Korawiin (personal)

— ADOPT & DESIGN TOS —

1. Don't sell my designs for a higher price than you bought them if no extra artwork has been added(personal, comissions,etc)1.5 You can sell a traded design in emergency situation.2. You can edit the design however you like but not till it unrecognizable from the original design.3. Inspirations of my designs/ideas ok. (not ok for people on my blacklist)4. Do not use or sell my designs for commercial usage such as promotional content, brands, etc.
- Only can be used for personal use unless paying for commercial rights which the fees can be discussed.5. I don't want my designs in the hands of individuals on my blacklist. Anyone who sell/trade/gift my designs to members of my blacklist will be blacklisted if I find out.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
